All our products are made of high quality plywood/blockboard, specially selected in our factory and carefully processed and cleared of any defects that can compromise the strength and aesthetics of the products. Thickness available are 3.0mm, 3.6mm, 15mm and 18mm.
ORNATE LAMITEK PANELS - Is an economical surface laminate where the base plywood is evenly coated with resin adhesive which fills the holes and recesses on the surface. The partially drying adhesive bonds the thin decorative overlay paper. The decorative overlay paper is coated with a transparent resin coat to withstand stain and provide a scratch and water resistant surface. The decorative paper surface is then embossed with fine wood-grain simulation to create an artistic design.
MODISH POLYTEK PANELS - Modish Polytek Panels are made by coating a layer of Unsaturated Polyester Resin over the panel. UP Resin in its original solid form carries all the advantages of being scratch, heat, water and chemical resistant. It is a light weight coating material that can withstand extreme changes in temperature.
FORTE RVPANELS - FORTE RVPANELS are made from light weight panels design specially for the Recreation Vehicle industry. It has the advantages of both our ORNATE and MODISH boards with about half the weight as it is either laminated with paper or coated with a layer of polyester resin. The lighter boards reduces weight in the Recreation Vehicle which in turn generate saves in oil consumption.
